Baccanalia Boxoffice
Baccanalia Box Office is a ticketing system which we offer FREE to event organisers. It gives you an easy-to-use platform for customers to book online, over the phone, and in person. We aim to become the one-stop shop for finding out what’s on in the area and booking direct!
Event Planning
Do you have a specific event in mind but need someone else to do some or all of the legwork? We can follow your brief to coordinate planning, logistics, paperwork and programming. We'll give you regular feedback, and you'll have total control over decision-making and execution.

Event Management
If you've already done the coordinating, planning and promotion of your event but someone experienced to deliver the event on the ground, then we've got your back. We can provide an Event Manager, zone managers, staff and volunteers. Just ask!

Event Promotion
At Baccanalia, we do a lot of our own marketing in-house. From designing eye-catching posters, flyers, and social media posts to preparing press releases, advertisements, and web listings, we've done it all. We can also guide you on which aspects may benefit from specialised marketing agencies (no affiliation).

Following the success of last year’s Leap Festival, event organiser Baccanalia has announced the Shildon Hearts Festival will light up the town square and Locomotion to celebrate connection and community on Friday 14 February between 3pm and 7pm.The event also marks a historic milestone, honouring Shildon’s pivotal role in the birth of the Stockton & Darlington Railway on its 200th anniversary.

DURHAM BRASS Festival will fill the air of Hackworth Park on Wednesday 10 July when the Big Brass Bash comes to town.
